Self-hosted, today

Bring your own cloud.

Dockora is self-hosted first. Today that means Hetzner — tomorrow it means AWS, GCP, and Azure too. You always own your data and your bill.

Setup

Production-ready in four steps.

No Kubernetes PhD required. The installer handles the boring parts.

  1. 01

    Fork the repo

Fork dockora/dockora to your GitHub org. Star it while you're there.

gh repo fork dockora/dockora --clone --remote
  2. 02

    Add your Hetzner key

Generate an API token in Hetzner Cloud Console and drop it into your env file.

    echo 'HETZNER_TOKEN=hcloud_xxx' >> .env.dockora
  3. 03

    Run the installer

Provisions a control plane, networking, registry, and your first worker pool.

    ./scripts/install.sh --provider hetzner --region fsn1
  4. 04

    Deploy your first app

Open the dashboard, connect a repo, and push to deploy.

    open https://your-dockora-domain/dashboard
Bring your own cloud

Your cloud account. Your control plane.

Most PaaS products run your apps on their infrastructure and bill you a markup. Dockora flips that around — the entire control plane runs inside your cloud account, so you keep the ownership and the cloud-native pricing.

01You provide
A cloud account + API key

We never touch your billing or store long-lived credentials.

02Dockora installs
Control plane in your VPC

One installer command spins up the orchestrator, registry, and dashboards.

03You pay
Your cloud bill, directly

No Dockora markup. No per-build, per-seat, or per-bandwidth fees.

Trust model

Self-custodial by design.

Dockora runs entirely inside your cloud. Secrets stay in your KMS, traffic stays in your VPC, logs stay on your disks.

Your secrets, your keys

Encrypted at rest with your own KMS. Dockora never holds plaintext.

Your infrastructure

Provisioned in your cloud account. We never see production traffic.
